Every beautiful object is the result of a team's hard effort, a vision, and a strong belief that everything is possible. The Casa Bautista is not any different. To complete the six-year project and embark on the adventure to preserve Sian Ka'an by developing the property in the most sustainable ways required the owner's courage and faith. He brought in renowned Mexico City architecture company Productora to work on the project, furthering his vision of sustainable living founded on respecting our core principles. This villa won the 2020 Wallpaper Design Awards as a consequence. Indigenous, local people are the top priority in all he does, including founding the town of Pueblo del Sol in Oaxaca. You can tell that the house experience was infused with the same sense of love and intention. Nestled in Tulum's Sian Ka'an Biosphere, a protected jungle recognized as a Unesco World Heritage Site, the recently opened Casa Bautista promises to be the pinnacle of sustainable luxury.
