Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, the villa offers the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness. Each room features a private entrance for added independence, while the spacious communal areas invite everyone to gather and relax. Indoors, you’ll find a game room complete with a pool table, chess, and darts—ideal for leisurely evenings. Outdoors, a spectacular pool and sun deck lead to your own stretch of beach lined with loungers and hammocks, just steps from the sea.
The property is composed of three distinct units, each with its own character and charm. Bora features a bright, open living room, a fully equipped American-style kitchen, one king bedroom, a futon, and a generous covered deck overlooking the beach. Sirocco offers another full kitchen, a serene king bedroom with sea views, and a second bedroom that opens to its own lush private garden.
At the top, Mistral steals the show with sweeping views of Soliman Bay, airy common spaces, and a covered terrace with an outdoor lounge perfect for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails. Its two spacious bedrooms comfortably host up to five guests, enveloping them in the villa’s relaxed Caribbean atmosphere.
Nestled in one of the Riviera Maya’s most privileged locations, this beach house sits just 15 minutes from downtown Tulum—close enough to explore Mayan ruins, cenotes, and local cuisine, yet secluded enough to offer total tranquility. Groceries are not included. $1,000 USD grocery deposit required in cash on arrival. Villa staff will take care of purchasing the groceries with a 25% markup on the total shopping bill
